Brent Bauer

Brent Bauer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at VT Group since October 2023, Brent previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at WR Systems from September 2018 to September 2024. Prior roles include Design Engineer at BAUER COMPRESSORS INC., where Brent designed complete compressor packages and oversaw product development from concept to implementation, and Customer Engineer at Busch, managing OEM accounts within the medical vacuum pump sector. Additionally, Brent contributed as a Product Engineer at Alcoa, focusing on industrial gas turbine engine blades, and began as an Engineering Intern at Alcoa after completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Old Dominion University in 2009.
