Alia McAfee

Alia McAfee, MPA, PMP, has a strong background in project management and operations. Alia has recently held the role of Senior Project Manager Team Lead at VTS, where they led transformative initiatives and delivered exceptional project outcomes across a diverse portfolio. Alia developed and managed detailed project plans, defined key performance indicators, and demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior to VTS, Alia worked at Ciox Health as a Regional Manager of Operations, where they achieved promotions by maximizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Alia successfully guided a high-performing team, managed budgets exceeding $5M, and implemented cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Alia McAfee holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University in 2012. In addition, Alia has obtained certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2023.
