Dave Jensen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at VTS since September 2021, Dave previously held positions such as Director of Software Architecture at TravelPerk and NexTravel, where significant contributions include rebuilding core systems with modern technology stacks. As Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Fermented Labs and BrewOps, Dave led the development of products utilizing microservices architecture and JavaScript frameworks. With a strong background in architecture, development, and devops, Dave has a proven track record of driving innovation in software design across mobile and cloud-based platforms. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Pomona College.
