Juan Pardo

Juan Pardo is an experienced Network Manager at VTX1 Companies, having been with the organization since October 2007. With a focus on IP Core, Voice, Helpdesk, NOC, and Fixed Wireless, Juan manages skilled teams across three regions in Texas and has played a critical role in designing and integrating advanced FTTx access equipment, ensuring robust IP transport, IPTV, and Internet backbone services. Prior to this role, Juan held various positions at VTCI – Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc., including Network Supervisor and Network Technician, where responsibilities included maintaining complex networks involving voice, data, and video services. Juan began the career as a Support Technician at Time Warner Cable and holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
