Shannon Schell

Shannon Schell currently serves as Chief of Staff at VTX1 Companies, a role begun in January 2024, where the focus is on enhancing telecommunications services for rural subscribers. As the Founder & CEO of Schell Holdings, LLC, commenced in January 2022, Shannon collaborates with management teams across various sectors, including air ambulance and telecommunications, to identify operational improvements. Previously, Shannon held key leadership positions at REVA, Inc. as CEO & President, overseeing significant air-medical-transport services. Additional experience includes a Senior Vice President role at UniTek Global Services, Chief Operating Officer at SWI Group, and numerous leadership roles at UPS, which spanned over 21 years. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the University of North Dakota, an MBA from Bellevue University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
