Keira Lewis

Keira Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Keira started their career in 2011 as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Service Stream. In 2013, they joined Tandem Corp (formerly ISG Management), where they held various positions including National New Developments - Team Manager, Net Promoter Score (NPS) Co-ordinator, Customer Experience Manager, and Implementation Manager. Keira also worked at Curio in 2019 as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), designing a customer success and influencing stakeholders course. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Vudoo, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as General Manager. Throughout their career, Keira has showcased their expertise in customer success, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Keira Lewis has pursued their education with a strong focus on professional development and practical skills. Keira obtained a Certificate in Workforce Relations from the Australian Institute of Management in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Project Management Diploma at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. Keira's earlier education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Entertainment, which they earned from Victoria University between 2001 and 2003.
