Mateusz Melon is a seasoned professional in the technology and product development sector, currently serving as the Director of Subscription Product Development and the Director of Technology and Product for WP Pilot at Grupa Wirtualna Polska since January 2022. With a strong entrepreneurial background as the CEO and founder of Polisoteka.pl since January 2017, Mateusz has honed leadership and management skills throughout various roles, including Head of Cloud at Vue Storefront and Director of the Online Technology Unit at TVN Discovery Polska. Additionally, Mateusz brings extensive experience in deploying agile methodologies as an Agile Coach across multiple organizations, significantly enhancing IT efficiency and team productivity. Educationally, Mateusz holds a Master's degree in Teleinformatics Network Design from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
