Rhett Glauser has a long and varied career in marketing, communications and business development. Rhett began their career in 1992 as a Guest Relations employee for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2000, they became the PR Manager for Lineo, a high-flying embedded Linux company. In 2001, they were an Account Executive for Lone Peak Communications. In 2002, they became the Director of PR for Altiris, which was acquired by Symantec in 2007. That same year, they became the Director of Corporate Communications for Symantec. In 2008, they joined ServiceNow as the Director of Corporate Marketing, and in 2013 they became Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer at SaltStack. In 2020, they joined Vulcan Cyber as Chief Marketing Officer, and SaltStack was acquired by VMware in October of that same year. During their time at SaltStack, they led the marketing and business development, driving 120% year-over-year revenue growth.
Rhett Glauser's education history includes graduating from Mt. Lebanon High School in 1993 with a diploma in Education, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University in 1999 and a minor in Business Management from the same institution.
