James Tapley

James Tapley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James currently holds the role of VP Equipment Production at VulcanForms Inc., where they have been employed since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at the same company.

Before joining VulcanForms, James worked at Pratt & Whitney, starting in 2018. James began as the Associate Director of the Turbine Module Center and was promoted to the role of Business Unit Manager. James also held positions such as Repair Operations/OEM Production Control Manager and Cost Reduction Manager during their time at Pratt & Whitney.

In 2016, James worked as the Director of Operations at Presstek LLC. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Pratt & Whitney, including a leadership development program and an expat assignment in Italy as a Cost Reduction Manager.
