Mitesh Shah

Mitesh Shah currently serves as President of the Southern and Gulf Coast Division at Vulcan Materials Company, a leading producer of construction aggregates, since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mitesh held multiple positions at Maynard Cooper & Gale, including Vice President and General Counsel, where a robust litigation practice was developed representing Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals. Mitesh's legal experience includes serving as a Federal Judicial Clerk for the U.S. District Court under Honorable James H Hancock. Mitesh's academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law, and a BS in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College.
