Stan Slusser

Stan Slusser is an experienced professional in operational management with a strong background in process improvement and plant operations. Currently serving as Manager of Operational Excellence at Vulcan Materials Company since September 2019, Stan focuses on enhancing process intelligence to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Previous roles include District Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Vulcan, overseeing significant operations across multiple sites. Stan's extensive career at PQ Corporation spanned from 2004 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing 24/7 plant operations. At W. R. Grace & Co., from 1985 to 2004, Stan contributed to the consolidation of operations and enhanced cost structures across various managerial roles. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University.
