Chet Minniear, MBA, currently serves as an Operations Specialist at Vulcan Value Partners, where responsibilities include managing a cross-functional external reporting team and ensuring compliance and consistency of client data. Prior to this role, Chet held the position of Performance Manager at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, overseeing 19 direct reports and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Chet also has a distinguished background in the US Navy, serving as a Naval Officer responsible for training candidates in maritime studies and managing significant inventory, as well as serving as a Supply Officer during rescue missions. Chet holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ashland University.
