Sean Spencer

Sean Spencer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in new product development and solution development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Vulcanic Group, Sean is involved in innovative projects focused on harnessing electricity from low-grade waste heat using novel thermodynamic cycles. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at Spirax Sarco, including Solution Development Manager and Lead Technical Projects Engineer. Sean's career began with participation in the Spirax Sarco graduate scheme, where exposure to diverse departments fostered a strong foundation in engineering principles. Sean also completed a biopharm summer placement at GSK and served as a Project Support Engineer for Process Installations & Maintenance Services Ltd. Sean holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
