Jana Welsch

Jana Welsch currently serves as Global Director HR at VULKAN Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Jana held various positions at CEMEX Deutschland AG from September 2005 to November 2020, including Director Human Resources Germany, where responsibilities included leading the HR department for approximately 1,500 employees and managing a team of 20. Jana also contributed as a member of the extended management board, ethics committee, and the board of the employer association for the cement and construction industry. Jana's earlier roles encompassed HR development, talent management, and operational HR management within the aggregates sector. Jana holds a Diplom Kauffrau & Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Studies from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2005.
