Andrew Bray is an accomplished technical writer and communications manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Technical Writer at Vulnerability Research Labs, LLC since February 2010, Andrew manages a team of writers and a graphic designer, focusing on workload distribution and day-to-day operations. Previous roles include Technical Communications Manager at Zenoss, Inc., where Andrew was integral to an Agile development team, and Senior Technical Writer at Micros Systems, focusing on documentation for point-of-sale systems. Andrew has also contributed significantly to process improvement initiatives and proposal writing at KENROB IT Solutions.
