Akanksha Saini

Akanksha Saini is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at VUME Interactive since April 2023. Prior to this role, Akanksha held the same title at SP Robotic Works from April 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR function and driving results through a team. Akanksha's earlier experience includes serving as HR Associate Manager at Inteva Products from September 2016 to February 2021, focusing on recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, and campus hiring, as well as various HR roles at Sundram Fasteners Limited and Dell. Akanksha holds a PGDM in HR from the Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development and a degree in MLL & LW from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University.
