Addie Stiff has worked in the customer success industry since 2022, beginning as a Customer Success Specialist at VuMedi. In 2021, they moved to PTC as a Customer Success Manager Specialist. In 2020, they worked at Kaleidoscope as a Customer Success Manager, managing a portfolio of 40+ clients YOY from kick-offs to end of cycle retrospectives focusing on client adoption, retention and growth while functioning in a fast-paced environment. Addie established success milestones, measurable KPIs, and trustworthy relationships through proactive and reactive support driving product value and client satisfaction. Addie also collaborated with a team of 2-3 onboarding specialists to ensure client deadlines and key objectives were being met. Before that, from 2014-2013, they worked at Portu-Sunberg Marketing as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator, managing a portfolio of 10+ national and private label vendors from business awards to in store set dates/transitions and beyond. Addie also worked closely with Target merchants and their cross functional partners to help achieve division goals and objectives, as well as maintained core functions such as weekly sales reporting, production planning/forecasting, purchase order flow, and general assortment maintenance across all accounts. In 2013, they also held an internship at The Social Lights as a Collegiate Field Specialist, conceptualizing and implementing various social media campaigns for local businesses, utilizing Google Analytics to review, analyze, and recap each campaign to customers, and interacting with followers to increase and improve engagement and drive traffic.
Addie Stiff graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended Stillwater Area High School.
