Alicia Swanson has a wealth of professional experience. Alicia began their career as a Substitute Teacher for INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 834 in 2008, followed by a role as an Advisor for SigmaSigmaSigma in 2009. In 2009 and 2010, they also worked as a Personal Care Attendant for both Lifeworks Services, Inc. and ACCRA HOME CARE INC. In 2010, they took on the role of Upward Bound Summer Program Teacher at the University of Wisconsin-River. In 2011, Alicia joined Procentive as a Care Director, where they directed and oversaw all aspects of the organization's support, implementation, and success policies, objectives, and initiatives. Alicia also created and led a Leadership Development Program to foster a culture of coaching, development, and employee engagement that enhances the employee experience. During their time at Procentive, Alicia improved onboarding efficiency by 45%, allowing twice as many customers to be sold and effectively onboarded each month. Alicia also developed strategies and put systems in place to increase the quality through relationship and efficiency of support by 20% to customers. In 2019, Alicia moved to Therapy Brands as the Senior Director of Customer Success, where they were responsible for increasing adoption, ensuring retention, satisfaction, renewal, and contracts. Finally, in 2022, Alicia joined VuMedi as the Customer Success Director.

Alicia Swanson is currently enrolled in the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they are studying Secondary Education and Teaching.
