Justin Iacobucci has over 25 years of experience in the fields of customer success, account management, and publishing. From 1996 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at LexisNexis. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Wolters Kluwer Health, where they grew revenue from $5M to $6.5M over three years. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an Associate Publisher at UBM Advanstar, where they achieved 100% of plan and earned distinction as the top revenue producer for the Pharmaceutical Executive brand in both print and digital. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Client Services Director at QuantiaMD, where they managed the company's relationships with East Coast clients and grew the pharmaceutical portfolio. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Account Director at Aptus Health, where they led and launched over 20 integrated marketing programs ($250K to $1M+) across pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Customer Success at VuMedi since 2021.
