Melinda Gates

Melinda Gates, MBA, MASL, serves as an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO at VuMedi since May 2022, while also functioning as a Teaching Assistant at Bethel University since February 2022. With extensive experience at 3M from 2014 to 2022, Melinda played pivotal roles as Creator and Co-Chair of the Global Assistant Partnership Forum (GAPF), and supported senior vice president-level executives alongside various administrative functions. Prior experience at Veeco Instruments included coordinating executive schedules, managing travel, and supporting finance-related projects, supplemented by earlier roles in reception and administrative support. Melinda holds an MBA/MASL in Business and Leadership from Bethel University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Crown College.
