Vumelana Advisory Fund

The Vumelana Advisory Fund has been established as a non-profit company to pre-finance the acquisition of skills required on behalf of the community by supporting the development of commercially viable partnerships between investors and local land owners. Its goal is to enable communal land owners and beneficiaries of the land reform process to make effective use of their land and by doing so improving the lives of poor and needy local communities and support the transformation of land ownership in South Africa on an economically sustainable basis. The function of the Fund is to facilitate the productive economic use of land transferred under the land reform programme by procuring transaction advisory, community facilitation and CPI administration services for beneficiary communities.
