Joonas Maisala

Joonas Maisala serves as a Business Development & Digital Process Specialist at Vuono Group since March 2023, focusing on digital efficiency and automation. Prior to this, Joonas gained experience as an Apple Sales Specialist at Tekninen Toimisto Tektor Oy, providing customer solutions and technical support. Previous roles include Technical Support Specialist at OnePlus and Sales Associate at Teknikmagasinet, where Joonas excelled in customer service and sales, notably winning a nationwide sales competition. Joonas also held positions as Group Lead at Slush, Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces, and Telesales Representative at Talking People Finland Oy. Currently pursuing dual Master's degrees in Business Analytics at Aalto University and Data Science at the University of Helsinki, Joonas has an academic background that includes a student exchange in Cognitive Science at Yonsei University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Helsinki.
