Matthew Scott

Matthew Scott is an experienced retail operations professional with a strong background in team development, change management, and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Assistant Retail Manager at Vuori since November 2023, Matthew previously held roles including Store General Manager at Luxottica, Assistant General Manager at Equinox, and General Manager at Warby Parker, where responsibilities encompassed store operations, logistics coordination, and multi-unit recruitment. With a foundational role as Area Manager at National Vision Inc., Matthew also contributed to health and safety policy management and new store openings.
