Syed Kafil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Syed is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Vuram since January 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked at Atos Syntel for nearly eight years as a Senior Manager in the Leadership and Behavioral COE. Before that, they worked as a Leadership and Behavioral Training Consultant for two years. During this time, they collaborated with various organizations and conducted training programs on a range of topics. Syed's earliest work experience was with Accenture, where they served as a Level D Training Manager for nearly seven years.
Syed Kafil completed a PGCHRM (Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Development) from XLRI Jamshedpur, which took place from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University. In addition to these educational qualifications, they also received a certification in Organization Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in August 2020.
