Todd Stringer

Todd Stringer has over 19 years of experience in project and cost management in the real estate and construction industry. Todd is currently the Director of Project Management at VVA Project & Cost Managers, where they lead commercial real estate project planning and focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Prior to this, Todd worked as a Director of Project Management at Newmark, providing project and program management for commercial construction, with a specialization in tenant representation. Todd also served as a Project Manager at Shawmut Design and Construction, managing renovation projects in both the academic and residential sectors. In addition, Todd worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at Chapman Construction/Design, handling occupied renovations in office and healthcare markets. Todd began their career at Turner Construction Company, where they held multiple roles, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Field Engineer, working on a variety of commercial, institutional, and residential projects.

Todd Stringer attended Northeastern University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, during their time at Northeastern University, they also pursued a Minor in Business Administration. In 2007, Todd obtained the LEED Accredited Professional certification from the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter, as well as the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (Unrestricted) from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Todd also obtained certifications in OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in the same year. In 2005, Todd obtained First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Red Cross.
