Margot Fleuren

Margot Fleuren has extensive experience in implementation and research within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Advisor Implementation at Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden Nederland since November 2018, Margot focuses on the application of evidence-based nursing guidelines. In addition, Margot has been a lecturer at the NSPOH since 2008, teaching on public health care innovations. Previous roles include Senior Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where Margot evaluated Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy strategies and implemented a self-management tool for cancer survivors, as well as positions at TNO, Radboudumc, and VU University Medical Center, overseeing various research projects on guideline use and innovation in healthcare. Margot holds a Ph.D. in General Practice from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from Radboud University, accompanied by ongoing educational pursuits at various institutions.
