Melina Cornielje

Melina Cornielje is currently serving as the Coördinator accreditatie at V&VN (Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden Nederland) since May 2023, focusing on the Kwaliteitsregister Verpleegkundigen en Verzorgenden / Verpleegkundig Specialisten Register. Previous experience includes a research internship at ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland, work as a shop assistant at Rituals, and contact tracing for GGD with Call-IT. Melina held a position as a Student Assistant in the Department of Marketing & Communication at Tilburg University and conducted traffic research for Groen Licht Verkeersadviezen. Additional roles include a home care worker at ZORGassist and active committee membership in the Internationalization Committee at Extra Muros. Melina gained foundational work experience as service staff at a Chinese Indonesian restaurant and has an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Sociology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tilburg University. Furthermore, Melina pursued a minor at Södertörn University and completed secondary education focused on Culture & Society and Economy & Society at Isendoorn College.
