Tara Rose

Tara Rose has had extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the customer service and operations industry. Tara most recently served as the Vice President of Client Services Healthcare at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at NationsBenefits from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Client Services/Operations Healthcare at STARTEK from 2020 to 2022.

Earlier in their career, Tara held a Senior Director Program Management role at Cognosante from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully directed the delivery of BPO projects/programs. Tara also held executive positions at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, including Executive Director of Major Markets Account Management from 2006 to 2018, and Sr. Director of Regional Area Operations from 2012 to 2018.

Tara's experience also includes roles as a Principal Consultant at Verint-Systems, a Call Center Manager at Network Solutions, and a Director of Call Center and Client Services at ADP. Tara began their career as a Call Center/Client Services Director at Telespectrum.
