Cindi Goddard

Cindi Goddard has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cindi is currently the SVP of Value Based Care and Population Health at Vxtra Health since May 2023. Prior to that, they held various senior leadership roles at Navvis from June 2020 to November 2022, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Client Operations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at BKD CPAs & Advisors from November 2018 to June 2020. Cindi also gained valuable experience at Mercy, where they served as the Vice President of Operations and Executive Director of Ambulatory Care Management. Cindi began their career at Mercy as the Administrative Director of Medical Management Services and later became the Clinical Coordinator of Disease Management. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Women's and Children's Services at Jordan Valley Community Health Center.

Cindi Goddard pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University between 2000 and 2001. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Health from Missouri State University, completing their studies in 2012.
