Prior to Vyapi, Amita Bais served as an independent Growth & Business Development Strategist from May 2020 to February 2023, founding a consultancy firm and partnering with a law firm while assisting over 25 lawyers in India to expand their business growth. Amita Bais began a professional career at VKJ LAW, starting as an Associate in 2015 and advancing to Associate Partner by 2020, gaining expertise in areas such as Indirect Taxation, Corporate Laws, and anti-corruption investigations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Laws and Constitutional Laws from Hidayatullah National Law University, and foundational education from Army School and Holy Cross Convent High School in India.
