Sameer Prakash

Sameer Prakash is currently the Vice President - Client Services (Contracts & Compliance) at Vyapi, a London based Alternative Legal Services Provider with a Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore. He is responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of contracts and compliance projects, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer success by coordinating with clients, aligning resources, and monitoring project timelines. Prior to Vyapi, Sameer held positions at companies such as Legal Ops Uncensored, ColorTokens, Inc., First American (India), Consilio LLC, and UnitedLex Corporation, gaining experience in contract management, project operations, e-discovery services, and legal support. Sameer holds a Micro Masters Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.A.LL.B. degree from Aligarh Muslim University.
