Debbie Nessenthaler

Debbie Nessenthaler has over 14 years of work experience. Debbie began their career in 2007 as a Buying Operations / Inventory Analyst for Anthropologie. In 2011, they became a Social Work Intern for Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. From 2013 to 2018, they held several roles at The Center for Autism including HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they were appointed Director of People Operations at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. In 2019, they were appointed Human Resources Director at Advantage Behavioral Health. In 2022, they were appointed VP of Human Resources and Team Experience at vybe urgent care.

Debbie Nessenthaler obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Delaware between 1998 and 2001. Debbie then went on to receive their Master's Degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College between 2009 and 2012. In 2016, they attained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2021, they received their Executive Management Certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
