Varin Sawh

Varin Sawh is a Mechanical Engineering student at Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and The City College of New York, with expected graduation in September 2024. Varin holds current positions as an Apprentice at CCNY Makerspace, focusing on mechanical systems design and prototyping, and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Vyir Tech, where development of MATLAB code for heat transfer models has been addressed. Varin has also demonstrated leadership skills as President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Model United Nations at The City College of New York, managing discussions on global issues and club activities. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of Mu Alpha Theta and President of the Orange County Academic League in high school, where strategic planning and team management were key responsibilities.
