Melanie Schichan

Melanie Schichan started their work experience in 2012 as a Produktionsassistentin at Hoferichter & Jacobs GmbH. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Besucherdienst des Deutschen Bundestages at Deutscher Bundestag/Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Following that, they worked as an Assistenz Projektförderung at Medieninnovationszentrum Babelsberg (MIZ) from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined FOGMA as an Assistant Producer and Produktionsleitung. Afterwards, they joined Le Labo Fragrances as part of the sales team for store opening in Berlin from 2016 to 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Mein Grundeinkommen e.V. as Talent Management & Administration (CoS). Currently, they are the Head of Tampon at Vyld, starting from May 2021.

Melanie Schichan completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of Potsdam. Melanie then went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production at the Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. Melanie'seducation journey spanned from 2010 to 2019, during which they acquired expertise in both the social sciences and the film industry.
