Rida Fatima Memon

Rida Fatima Memon has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Rida Fatima started their career as a Research Assistant at Church World Service Pakistan/Afghanistan in 2014. Rida Fatima then interned at Newsline Magazine in 2015 before joining The Express Tribune as a Subeditor from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Rida worked as an Associate Producer at Tribune 24/7 for a year. Rida Fatima then joined the University of Hamburg as a Student Assistant from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, they interned as a Production Intern at Vincent Productions and later worked as a Communications Intern at Terre des hommes foundation from June to August 2022.

Rida further enhanced their skills as a Communications Project Manager at Cinema for Peace Foundation Berlin from November 2022 to January 2023, where they also held a role as a Communications Intern from September to November 2022.

Currently, Rida is working as a Social Media Strategist at I Am Adorn since June 2019. In 2022, they will also start a new role as a News Curator at Vylo.

Rida Fatima Memon's education history begins in the year 2010, when they attended Citizens Secondary School to study Computer Science. From there, they enrolled at Defence Authority College For Women Phase VIII, where they pursued studies in Humanities until the year 2012. Following that, Rida attended Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in BS (Social Sciences). Rida then furthered their education at Aarhus University from 2019 to 2020, completing a Master's in Journalism, Media and Globalization. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued an Erasmus Mundus Master's in Journalism, Media and Globalization at the University of Hamburg.
