Dries Knockaert

Dries Knockaert is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global HSE Manager at VYNCKE since May 2019. Previously, Dries held multiple positions at Bekaert from August 2011 to December 2018, including Product Market Manager for Conveyor Belt Cord and Fleximat, Global Product Application Manager for Special Belts, Production Manager, and QEHSS Manager. Dries began a career in safety and environmental management at Alpro as the Safety & Environment Coordinator from March 2007 to August 2011 and worked as a Preventieadviseur/milieucoördinator at Luik Natie Group from August 2005 to March 2007. Dries holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Ghent University and has further qualifications in Environmental Coordination and Occupational Safety from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven.' Additionally, Dries completed a course on the design and operation of belt conveyors in South Africa in 2014.
