Alex Albrecht

Alex Albrecht is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service training, customer experience, and product strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Vyne Medical since January 2024, Alex previously held leadership roles at Extract Systems, where responsibilities included Head of Customer Experience and Product Strategy. Additional roles include Project Manager and Customer Support Specialist. Alex's expertise in product support was demonstrated at Advarra, and a strong background in service training was developed during tenures at Accuray and TomoTherapy. Alex began a career at Epic as a Server Systems technician after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
