Nicole Shanklin

SVP, Implementation & Support at Vyne Medical

Nicole Shanklin has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus on Implementation and Training. Nicole began their career as an Implementation Specialist with iPath Technologies in 1998. In this role, they directed hospital leadership teams in the building and execution of Operating Room Management Information System (ORMIS) suite of modules: Perioperative Charting, Scheduler, Instrumentation Control, Doctor Preference Cards, Business Objects reporting tool. Directed teams through project life-cycle to go-live activation / production use.

In 2002, Nicole became the Manager of Implementation for The White Stone Group, Inc. Nicole remained in this role for five years before being promoted to Director of Implementation & Training in 2007. During their time at The White Stone Group, Nicole was responsible for leading a team of implementation consultants in the successful rollout of multiple software applications across a variety of industries.

In 2011, Nicole left The White Stone Group to join McKesson as a Senior Project Manager - Horizon Clinicals Upgrades. Nicole remained with McKesson until 2010 when they accepted their current position as VP, Implementation & Support at Vyne Medical.

Nicole Shanklin received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University. Nicole then went on to Tusculum University and achieved a 4.0 GPA. Lastly, they got their certification from Villanova University in Six Sigma Green Belt - Healthcare.

They work with Leslie Lyons - VP, Human Resources, Scott Overholt - Chief Business Officer, and Alex Brickner - SVP, Sales. Their manager is Lindy Benton, CEO.
