Ludo Verdegem is an accomplished Lab Manager with extensive experience in laboratory management and quality control within the chemical and polymer industries. Currently serving as Lab Manager at Vynova Group since July 2015, Ludo oversees a team of over 40 lab technicians and experts in quality control and environmental analysis. Prior to this role, Ludo was Lab Manager at INEOS ChlorVinyls Belgium, managing a team of 50 lab analysts. A career in laboratory leadership began at Tessenderlo Group, where Ludo held various positions from Workleader in the Environmental Laboratory to Senior Groupleader in the Central Control Laboratories. Ludo's educational background includes a Master in Environmental Sanitation from Ghent University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven'.
