Veronica Bonazza has a wealth of work experience, having worked in various roles since 2004. In 2004, they obtained a Master Degree in Plant Biotechnologies from IBBA-CNR National Research Council. In 2007, they began working as a Microbiologist and Molecular Biologist technician at BioRep. In 2010, they took on a contract role as Project Manager at Novartis. In 2011, they became Operations Manager at BioRep. In 2015, they became Quality Assurance Manager at Tecnologie e Servizi. In 2017, they began working at AveXis, Inc. as a QC Scientist and Quality Control Specialist. In 2020, they took on a role as Quality Control and Analytical Development Manager at Vyriad, where they established a QC laboratory to support product release and managed quality control testing. veronica also coordinated and executed transfer protocol for clinical manufacturing, set up and executed environmental monitoring programs, media fill and gowning qualification programs, and established and ran the Stability Program, Quality Control Sample Management Program, and Incoming Raw Material Testing Program.

Veronica Bonazza attended Università degli Studi di Milano from 2000 to 2006, where they earned both a laurea magistrale and a Master's degree in Biotechnology.
