Jennifer Terry, CPTD, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development at VyStar Credit Union, where responsibilities have included leadership development and training for various roles since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainer and Instructional Designer at TIAA Bank, where engaging training materials were developed for Sales and Operations staff, and as Training Team Lead at Opus Capital Markets Consultants, LLC, focusing on staff mentoring and client-driven training solutions. Early experience encompasses positions in loan processing and education, with a solid foundation in agricultural sciences backed by a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida.
