Tamara Pulliam has over 12 years of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, diversity recruitment, and HR management. Tamara currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at VyStar Credit Union. Prior to this, Tamara worked at Mayo Clinic as a Sourcing Specialist, where they collaborated with the Talent Acquisition team to develop strategies for attracting diverse and underrepresented talent. Before that, they were a Recruiting Supervisor at Fanatics, Inc., where they oversaw fulfillment operations. Tamara has also held positions at GT Business Solutions LLC/Selene Finance as an HR Contractor, at CSX as a Manager of Diversity and Talent Development, and at Lowe's Home Improvement as an HR Manager.

Tamara Pulliam, RACR, completed their education at Delaware State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification as a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) in January 2020.
