Christopher Komar

Christopher Komar currently serves as the Survey & Positioning Manager at Vysus Group, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Christopher was the Survey, Positioning & Inspection Manager at Lloyd's Register from June 2016 to November 2020 and a Senior Project Surveyor at Senergy Energy Services from December 2011 to June 2016. Christopher's career began as a Project Surveyor at Subsea 7 from March 2001 to November 2011, where valuable experience was gained in offshore construction survey and inspection projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Earlier positions included Hydrographic Surveyor/Navigation Engineer at Trident Offshore and various survey roles, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in offshore and onshore survey and positioning across multiple energy sectors. Christopher holds a BSc (Hons) in Hydrography with Marine Technology and an HND in Marine Operations from the University of Plymouth.
