Stig Kristiansen

Stig Kristiansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human factors and industrial design. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Vysus Group since March 2022, Stig previously held roles such as Senior Rådgiver Human Factors at Forsvarsmateriell and Human Factors Rådgiver at Bane NOR, contributing expertise to significant projects including the ERTMS-NI Traffic Management System. Stig's background includes a position as Senior Consultant at Human Factors Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed consultation for large-scale development in the Norwegian Oil & Gas sector, as well as a role as Hired Consultant at Aker Solutions focusing on Control Centre Design. Earlier experience includes industrial design at Bård Eker Industrial Design, working on high-profile projects like the Koenigsegg CCX, and hairdressing in Oslo's salons. Stig holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Canberra and is currently pursuing an Executive Master's in System Oriented Design at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
