Tracy Sheard

Tracy Sheard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Tracy began their career as an International HR Manager at AMEC in 1995 and stayed with the company for almost a decade. Tracy then worked as an HR Manager at Taylor Wimpey for a year before joining KCA Deutag as a Group HR Manager in 2005. Tracy later became an International HR Business Partner / Consultant at RBG Limited from 2009 to 2011. Tracy then joined LR Senergy as the Head of HR Business Partnering in 2011 and took on additional roles as the International HR Manager/Consultant and the Head of Human Resources from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Tracy is working at Lloyd's Register as the Human Resources Director for Energy starting from October 2016.

Tracy Sheard holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) Honours degree in Psychology, obtained from the University of Stirling in the years 1987 to 1991. Tracy also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Robert Gordon University in 1994-1995, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Tracy obtained additional certification as a MCIPD and holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology, although the institution and specific year of acquisition are not provided. Prior to higher education, Tracy attended Albyn School from 1974 to 1987.
