Jan Callies

Jan Callies has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They are currently working as the Head of People & Culture at Vytal | Das Mehrwegsystem since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at foodpanda Deutschland from October 2021 to March 2022. They also worked as a Recruiter & HR Generalist at mjam / Delivery Hero AT from December 2020 to September 2021. Jan Callies has experience as a Change Manager and Customer Success Manager at POSpulse from August 2017 to February 2019. They also took a sabbatical from February 2017 to July 2017. Prior to that, Jan worked as a Customer Insight Manager at POSpulse from August 2016 to February 2017. Their earliest recorded work experience was a short internship at VINCI Energies Deutschland GmbH in February 2015.

Jan Callies has a diverse education history. In 2014, they enrolled at Hochschule Fresenius and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie in 2016. During their undergraduate studies, in 2015, they also took part in a semester abroad at Tongji University, focusing on Internationale Business. In 2019, they pursued further education at Heriot-Watt University, obtaining a Master of Science in Business Psychology in 2020.

In addition to their formal degrees, Jan Callies has obtained two additional certifications. In October 2022, they became a certified Mindfulness Meditation Trainer through Ulla König & Christopher Titmuss. Furthermore, in December 2022, they completed Remote Facilitation Training, which was provided by quäntchen + glück.
