Miriam Schwerdtner is a professional with extensive experience in food service management and hygiene practices. Currently serving as Key Account Manager in Operation Gastronomy and Topic Lead for Hygiene at Vytal | Das Mehrwegsystem since July 2022, Miriam has previously held a project position at the Amt für Ernährung Landwirtschaft und Forsten from 2021 to 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the Management of Food Service at Klinikum Würzburg Mitte gGmbH from April 2017 to March 2021. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Service Management from Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and completed Abitur at Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium Haar.
