Sarah Hall

Sarah Hall is currently serving as the Population Health Operations Manager at Vytalize Health, a leading value-based care platform. Prior to this role, Sarah held similar positions at VillageMD, Bon Secours Mercy Health, and other healthcare organizations. Sarah also has experience as a Director of Care Delivery and as a nurse, holding an ADN in Registered Nursing. Additionally, Sarah has a background in coaching Junior Olympic volleyball teams, fostering teamwork and positivity in young athletes.
