Sarah M.

Sarah M. has a diverse work experience starting as a Business Office Manager at Smith Healthcare in 2005. Sarah then transitioned to roles at Brinton Woods, where they worked their way up from Human Resources Staffing Coordinator to Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Sarah continued their career at Genesis as a Center Executive Director before moving to Optum, where they held various roles including Associate Director of Risk Adjustment and Regional Associate Director. Sarah most recently held the position of Director, Quality and Risk Adjustment at Honest Medical Group before becoming the Senior Director of Risk Adjustment and Coding Operations at Vytalize Health in 2023.

Sarah M. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Administration from Towson University in 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Baltimore, graduating in 2013. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Board Of Nursing Home Administrators.
