Meredith Reardon, MBA

Meredith Reardon, MBA has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Recreation Counselor for the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. In 2013, they began working as a Graduate Assistant for The Sage Colleges. Also in 2013, they began working for Vyv (previously Vital Vio) as the Director of Human Resources and HR & Business Administrator. In this role, they led employee recruitment and retention efforts, payroll administration, employee benefits, corporate insurances, standard operating procedures, performance reviews and staff professional development/training initiatives. Additionally, they managed key vendor accounts in IT and facility services and executed a variety of corporate functions within the organization's support departments and non-revenue generating operations. Meredith was also the senior administrator to the Board of Directors, Shareholders, and Executive team through 2020.

Meredith Reardon, MBA obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Health Care Facilities, from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh between 2007 and 2011.
